Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using our services at https://scriptvirt.com website (the “Service”) operated by Script Virt (“us”, “we”, or “our”) . Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Site and Services

The material in this site and the third-party sites are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to the applicable law, Script Virt disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for particular purpose. In regards to all virtual goods and services Script Virt is only providing a service to buyer; no goods or property are being sold to buyer by Script Virt. Script Virt makes no claim to the title for any of the unauthorized’s intellectual property and is merely acting as a third-party transferal of the property between the buyer and the unauthorized. Script Virt claims no title to any intellectual property interests held by the unauthorized. Except those granted by the unauthorized, no intellectual property interests are being transferred to buyer by Script Virt from this transaction. Script Virt makes no representations regarding the transfer-ability, use, and ownership of the unauthorized’s intellectual property. Once payment is received by Script Virt and Script Virt’s services are performed, buyer shall take Script Virt’s place as a user of unauthorized’s intellectual property, but only to the extent permitted by the unauthorized.

Communications

By creating an Account on our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

Refunds

All sales are final. The Service is considered to be provided at the moment of purchase and can not be refunded. Certain refund requests may be considered by Script Virt on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Script Virt.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
